Eligibility for Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana.
1) The female beneficiary must be a resident of Maharashtra State.
2) Married, widowed, divorced, abandoned and destitute women of the state.
3) Application can be made till completion of minimum 21 years to maximum 60 years.
4) To avail the benefit of this scheme, the applying beneficiary must have a bank account.
5) Annual income of the beneficiary family should not exceed 2.50 lakhs i.e. two and a half lakhs.
Who is ineligible to avail the scheme?
Certain disqualifications have also been fixed for Chief Minister Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana. Eight disqualification criteria have been laid down. It is as follows…
1) Whose combined annual family income is more than 2.50 lakh rupees.
2) Whose family member is an income tax payer.
3) Whose family members are working as regular, permanent employees, contract employees in a Government Department, Undertaking, Board, Government of India or local body of a State Government or are drawing pension after retirement. But outsourced or voluntary workers and employees will not be disqualified.
4) The said beneficiary woman has benefited more than Rs. 1500 through the financial scheme implemented through other government departments.
5) Whose family member is current or former MP, MLA.
6) Whose family members are Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Director, Member of Board, Corporation, Undertaking of Government of India or State Government.
7) Whose family members jointly own more than five acres of agricultural land.
8) Those who have four wheelers (excluding tractors) registered in the name of their family members.
